Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the images.
Also contained in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
